Moving to Germany is a sequence: no address, no registration; no registration, no bank account; no account, no company. We run the sequence in English — with a German immigration lawyer for the legal part.
German bureaucracy is a dependency chain.
Each step in a German move unlocks the next. The residence permit depends on proof of health insurance and, for founders, a business plan. The address registration (Anmeldung) needs a signed confirmation from a landlord. The tax ID arrives by post to that registered address. Banks want the registration. Get one step out of order and everything behind it waits.
We plan the sequence before you arrive and run it with you: documents prepared and translated, appointments booked and attended, temporary housing so you have an address on day one. Where the law requires a professional we don't replace them — immigration advice comes from our partner lawyer, long-term apartment search from a licensed broker.
The self-employment permit (§21 AufenthG) needs a business plan the authority accepts. We build both — company and permit — as one process.

No. Individual advice on residence law is a legal service that German law reserves for lawyers. We work together with a German immigration lawyer, who advises and represents you; we prepare the file, translate, coordinate appointments and keep the process moving — in English.
Yes — we work together with a licensed real estate broker. In Germany, finding and proposing rental apartments may only be paid on success, so we don't sell it by the hour. What we do offer hourly is the rest: a strong application file, accompanying viewings of apartments you found, and communication with the landlord.
A one-time €690 plus a one-time €299 service fee. The monthly rent depends on the apartment, city and length of stay and is quoted with the offer before you commit.
Usually the self-employment permit under §21 AufenthG, which requires a business plan showing economic interest and secured financing. If you'll be employed by your own GmbH, other routes can apply. That's exactly what the one-hour visa check clarifies.
No. Visa (€75), residence permit (around €100) and other authority fees are paid directly to the authority. Our prices cover our work and the coordination with our partners.
Anything beyond this scope is billed hourly — support & accompaniment €195/hour, consulting & expertise €250/hour. Plus 19% VAT, provided by West Consultings (Germany). Minimum one hour; travel time at the full rate.
