What a registered business address is — and why every company needs one.
Every German company must have a Geschäftsanschrift — a deliverable business address recorded in the Handelsregister where authorities, courts and business partners can reach it. It also appears in your Impressum, on your invoices and in the transparency register. Without one, there is no registration: the notary won't file the founding deed, and the bank won't open the account.

Yes — it serves as the company's Geschäftsanschrift in the commercial register and satisfies the Impressum requirement. If the tax office asks for more substance (an actual workplace), we'll tell you before it becomes a problem and can upgrade you to our substance package.
02Do I need the address before or after formation?+
Before — the notary needs a German business address at the founding appointment. Most clients book the address first, then start the formation. Booked together, the address is live well before your notary date.
03How fast do I see my mail?+
Letters are opened, scanned and uploaded to your secure inbox the same business day they arrive. You decide per letter whether we shred, store or forward the original.
04Can I switch cities later?+
Yes — switching within our four locations is an administrative change we handle for you. Note that moving a registered company seat to another city triggers a register amendment (notary fees apply).
