A business plan that gets approved.
Written for the reader that matters — a bank, an investor, a grant office or a visa authority — with a full financial model behind it.
A business plan is written for its reader.
A business plan is not a formality — in Germany it's the document a bank, grant office, investor or immigration authority actually decides on. Each of those readers looks for something different: the credit officer checks debt-service capacity, the Fachkundige Stelle checks viability for the founder's grant, the Ausländerbehörde checks economic interest, the investor checks the assumptions behind your growth. A generic template satisfies none of them.
That's why every plan we deliver is built around its purpose, and every plan comes with a real financial model: a 3–5 year projection of revenue, costs, liquidity and financing that holds up when someone changes an assumption and watches what happens. The document and the numbers are developed together — the narrative explains the model, and the model proves the narrative.
The work runs through a structured process: a paid one-hour strategy consultation to scope purpose and audience, a drafting phase with your input on market and product, the financial model, and a revision round until the plan is submission-ready. Most plans deliver within two to three weeks.
German banks and the KfW won't discuss financing without a plan and a financial model in their expected format. We write in the structure credit officers are trained to read.
The founder's grant requires a plan a Fachkundige Stelle will certify as viable. A rejected plan usually means a lost grant — the format matters as much as the idea.
Immigration authorities assess whether your business serves an economic interest. The plan is the core evidence — and the reason self-employment visas get refused.
A pitch deck opens the door; the plan and model survive due diligence. Investors test your numbers — ours are built to be tested.
