What company formation actually involves.
Forming a company in Germany, Switzerland or Austria is not a form you fill in online. Every limited company — a German GmbH or UG, a Swiss GmbH or AG, an Austrian GmbH or FlexKapG — is created by a notarized deed, registered with the commercial register (Handelsregister, Zefix or Firmenbuch), and only becomes fully operational once tax numbers, VAT registration and a business bank account are in place. Each of those steps has its own authority, its own paperwork and its own waiting time.
For founders working in English, the real difficulty isn't any single step — it's the sequence. Banks want proof of registration; the register wants a business address; the notary wants identity documents in the right form; the tax office wants a completed questionnaire within weeks of incorporation. Done in the wrong order, a four-week formation becomes a four-month one.
That sequence is our job. We scope the right country and entity for your goal, prepare every filing, coordinate the notary appointment, pre-clear banking, and register you for tax — one accountable partner from the first call until your company can invoice, hire and trade.
You live outside the EU and need a German, Swiss or Austrian company without relocating first. We handle notary logistics, banking pre-clearance and every filing — you sign what's needed, mostly remotely.
A German GmbH gives you EU-wide credibility with customers, suppliers and banks — plus VAT registration and passporting into 27 markets from day one.
Swiss cantonal rates run 12–21%. We form the AG or GmbH, arrange the legally required resident director, and structure the holding correctly from the start.
Austria's FlexKapG offers lower minimum capital and simplified employee participation than a classic GmbH — often the smarter choice for startups planning to grant equity.
The entity is the foundation everything else sits on.
Choose the wrong country, entity or structure and you pay for it later — in banking friction, tax inefficiency, or a costly re-structure. We scope the decision with you before anything is filed, then run the formation itself end to end.

Asked before every formation.
Germany for EU market access and credibility with banks; Switzerland for a low-tax base with strong reputation (a resident director is required by law); Austria for the founder-friendly FlexKapG entity. We help you decide on the call — it's the first thing we scope.
Germany and Austria usually need one notary appointment; some notaries offer video notarization. Switzerland's process runs largely remotely aside from the capital deposit. We plan the logistics with you.
Government, notary and register fees, and statutory share capital, are billed separately at cost — they go directly to the authority or notary, not to us.
Yes, in all three markets. Banking onboarding for non-EU founders can take longer, which we pre-clear early in the process.
